The Washington State Association for Justice presented Janelle Chase Fazio with the 2020 “Ready to Soar” Award for her substantial contributions to her community, WSAJ’s mission of promoting the right to trial by jury, and her clients. WSAJ—the Pacific Northwest’s oldest and largest civil justice advocacy organization—recognized Janelle for her tireless work advancing the rights of individuals. This includes significant pro bono efforts with the Immigrant Family Rights Project, establishment of a Spanish-speaking legal aid clinic in Pierce County, and the outstanding results Janelle obtains for her clients.
